HEALTHY LIVING SUGGESTIONS




Food That Must Be Kept In the House!

Nutella!! (Kidding! LOL :D )

-      Mung beans
-      Lentils (all colours)
-      Beans (all types; fresh, dried)
-      Broad bean
-      Honey (most natural one that you can find)
-      Ginger (Fresh and powdered)
-      Oats
-      Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
-      Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios (eat max. 10 in total)
-      Dried apricots (preferably sun dried (black) ones)
-      Dried figs
-      Kaju nuts (5-6 pieces)
-      Avocado (avocado w/ salt, pepper, 1-2 table spoon olive oil- very tasty!)
-      Molasses & Maple Syrup
-      Sesame oil/tahini
-      Asparagus (I agree it’s very expensive in Turkey)
-      Beets
-      Cracked wheat
-      Quinoa
-      Basil, peppermint, parsley, dill (herbs)
-      Spices: black pepper, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon, clove, cumin, mustard seed, oregano, mint
-      All fresh fruits and vegetables 
  Fresh water
